Today's Free Items - Saturday 1/5

Today I did my weekly shopping at Fry's.  I picked up the following for free:

• 15 oz. box of Kellogg's Frosted Flakes (combined sale with $0.50/1 Frosted Flakes & $1.25 Ibotta coupon) - when purchased as part of the Fry's mega event and the receipt submitted to Ibotta, this actually makes the cereal a $0.37 money maker)
• 2 - 5oz. Frank's RedHot Sauce (combined sale with $0.30/1 Any Franks RedHot) - Frank's RedHot Buffalo Chicken Dip is a great recipe if you are looking for a new dip to try.
